Let me install this unreviewed Jetpack.
Description
Update: Keyboard shortcut added as well (CTRL-ALT-R) to match other implementations.
Adds "Refresh CSS" context menu item, accessible by right-clicking anywhere on the page. It will reload all the stylesheets on the page without refreshing the page itself.
Especially useful for AJAX development.
Any feedback welcome!
